Thanks to those of you who entered "The Imposters" contest, relating to  the first tale in my short story collection, George's Mother and Other Weird Stories, in which a girl discovers her parents are imposters. Although her parents look the same, everything else about them is different. For this contest, you had to pretend you were writing an original story called "The Imposters," decide who your imposters are, and briefly describe them.

Here are the winning entries:

First Place ($25 Amazon gift card):
Imposters: My pets. They go to the vet for shots and are replaced with spy robots that the government uses to watch me.
Kelly Kise, Marysville, OH
